How to set up Cute FTP for Windows
Follow these steps:
- Open Cute FTP Pro.
- Go to File then Connect.
- The Site Properties box will come up. Label your connection whatever you want in the Label field.
- In the Host address box, type the domain which you host with WebHostWorks.net (e.g. jackshomebrew.com)
- In the User name field type in your WebHostWorks.net supplied login name.
- In the password field type in your WebHostWorks.net supplied password.
- Make sure the Login method is set to Normal.
- Press Connect.
- A dialog box will pop up asking for your username and password. Make sure your username is correct, and type in your WebHostWorks.net supplied password in the Password field.
- Make sure you check Do not show this prompt again, and press OK.
- Cute FTP Pro will connect and you will then be in your home directory.
- A Link to the domain(s) you have access to will be in this directory.
- If you think there is an error in which domains you should have access to, please contact both your network/domain administrator as well as WebHostWorks.net.
