FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is what allows you to post files - both web pages as well as other files - to your website for download. To transfer files you must have an FTP client, or program. For Macintosh users we recommend Fetch FTP, and for Microsoft Windows users we recommend Cute FTP Pro.
